RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Bass Day Ever gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify:
  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
  • Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)
  • Any Item Marked Non-Returnable

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact:

Do not send items back without authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
We will resolve the issue at our discretion through replacement or refund.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bass Day Ever is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Do you offer exchanges?

What you can do is return the original item and place an order for the new item.  We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

Custom items, including those with personalized patches, are non-returnable unless defective. Please ensure your selections are correct before finalizing your order.
